Here is a sneak peak of the our Mystery 2022 quilt!

I am SEW excited!

Below is all the information you need to prepare before joining

me on our YouTube Channel for step by step instructions.

For Block 7, you will need:

1 dark blue fabric

1 light blue fabric

Creative Grids® ALASKA Ruler -or- Mystery Templates B and C

Block 7

We will be making 8 total Block 7s.

Cutting Directions:

Begin by cutting strips:

Dark blue fabric - 1 strip 3½" x 20"

Light blue fabric - 2 strips 3½" x 20"

Cutting with Creative Grids® ALASKA Ruler or Mystery Templates B and C:

Align your ruler or Template B and cut.

From one strip of dark blue fabric,

you should be able to get 8 pieces.

Align your ruler or Template C and cut.

From one strip of light blue fabric, you should be able to get 4 pieces. Cut 2 strips for a

total of 8 light blue pieces.

Block Assembly

Edyta's Tip: Keep your ruler or templates handy after cutting.

They are the perfect tool to help you precisely mark your sewing points.

Arrange your pieces with dark blue piece on the top and light blue piece on the bottom.

Lay and pin them right sides together.

Then sew blocks together using chain sewing.

Press your seam open and use your template A or ruler to trim.

Watch our video for more details.
