Where is Laundry Basket Quilts located?


We are based in Oxnard, CA.




Is there a Laundry Basket Quilts shop that I can visit?


We are soley an online store, but if you check out the "Upcoming Events" tab under "Happenings" you can find shows we willl be attending in the upcoming months!




How long will it take to get my order?


It depends on your location, what you ordered, and which shipping method you've chosen. Your package can take 3 days to 10 days to arrive to you, but we have no control once the order is shipped.




If I receive the wrong goods, what do I do?


We apologize if you experience this. Please email us immediately (support@laundrybasketquilts.com or click our "Contact Us" tab) and we would be happy to ship you the correct product along with a return envelope and packing slip for you to send the incorrect items back to us.




Can I exchange my order?


We do not offer exchanges, but the easiest way would be to return your order and place a new one. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your product, you can return the item to us within 60 days for a full refund.




How do I return my order?


Please just email us at support@laundrybasketquilts.com or visit the "Contact Us" tab. We will respond to you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return your product.




How can I check the status of my order?


Once you put in your order, you will receive an email that it is being processed. Upon shipment, a second email will be sent with tracking number information.




Can you ship internationally and accept international credit cards?


Yes and yes!




How do I cancel my order?


If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can call us at (805)613-0013 or email through the "Contact Us" tab. Please include your name and order number and we will cancel your order and process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. It may take 3-5 business days for the returned payment amount to appear in your bank.




How do you choose which patterns to do on your YouTube videos?


We create videos for our most popular patterns and based off of recommendations from you! If there's a design you are interested in seeing on our channel, just send us an email with your request.




If a fabric kit that I am interested in is sold out, will it be restocked?


It depends on the fabrics that we have at our studio and the demand. If we still have yardage remaining or the ability to order more from the collection used in the kit, we will most likely restock the kit.




How can we request that Edyta teach/present at our Guild?


Please just email us at support@laundrybasketquilts.com with your guild name, location, dates, and the classes/presentations you are interested in! We will check our calendar and get back to you as soon as possible.




Do you only teach at guilds?


No! Edyta is happy to accomodate a class or presentation for any group. Please just email us your request to support@laundrybasketquilts.com or call us at (805)613-0013 and we would be happy to answer any questions.




What quilt shows will Laundry Basket Quilts be attending?


If you visit our "Happenings" tab and select "Events", all of our upcoming shows, presentations, and classes that are open to the public are available in the calendar.




What classes and presentations do you offer?


Our complete list of classes and presentations are under the "Happenings" Tab, but if you have a specific request for a pattern or technique, please just let us know and we will do our best to accomodate!
